Black Tie Evening
"We are extremely proud to announce that we have 115 guests booked and all paid to attend our 2nd Black Tie Christmas Event that take place on the 20th of November at The Hotel Miramar in Bournemouth.
Thanks to the generosity of one of our corporate sponsors Gecko High Voltage Specialists Ltd who have sponsored a table we have many VIPs attending who are also huge supporters of our Charity Work. For a small charity that is only two years old, we are certainly impressing a lot of senior figures.
There will be some huge surprises on the night so if you have booked your place you are in for a treat. Thankyou 💓" ~ David
Dave Williams' Half-Marathon
"This year's Bournemouth Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 10th October and I will be raising awareness and donations for Helping Homeless Veterans UK as it is a charity that is very close to my heart and is doing a huge amount of Voluntary work in the Veterans Community by helping those that are struggling when they leave HM Armed Forces. They have helped 162 Veterans in the last two years and nobody gets paid a penny as everyone volunteers their time.
The Bournemouth Half Marathon course takes in both Boscombe and Bournemouth Piers along this coastal route and it starts at Hengisbury Head and Finishes at Bournemouth Lower Gardens. Please Support me in this challenge here." ~ Dave Williams

Ross' 12 hour Sponsored Walk
"As most who know me, know that I am a very fast walker and walk 90% of the time everywhere.
So I've been doing longer walks recently and have decided to do a sponsored walk on Sunday 29th November come rain 🌧 or Shine 🌞 for HHV-UK.
There are so many who sign the dotted line to protect you and me if required and when they leave the military they struggle to adapt to civilian life. HHV-UK physically houses veterans with no dramas and then provides continuous support for the veteran, so there is always someone there to help.
The walk will be 9am to 9pm from Bournemouth Pier to Hengistbury Head and back consistently for 12 hours with only 3 small breaks.
Please donate at the link below. Every penny counts 👍. Thank you 💖💙"

Mike's 'Sober for October'
"My name is Mike Brands and like a lot of Veterans from our Armed Forces I like to have a drink and like many of us, sometimes I have a few drinks to many.
I have decided to go completely sober through the month of October and decided to raise some pennies towards a cause that is close to mine and my family's hearts. Many Veterans struggle upon leaving our Countries Armed Forces and Helping Homeless Veterans UK are there to help and assist those who find themselves Homeless or Sofa Surfing. In their first year of being a Not For Profit CIC they helped and assisted 73 Veterans who now have a place to call home.
They rely totally on donations from the General Public and 100% of all donations are spent helping the Veterans who need it. Thank you."
